Review of Haggai

And the Lord was using Haggai to encourage us. Because of the discouragements, I had begun drifting.! And we were encouraged by the overall message of Haggai, that God pursues his drifting people,! He calls them back to faithfulness, and then he encourages them in their discouragement.

And that's kind of what we've been unpacking over these last few weeks. To give a little background, I know you guys are probably totally sick of me saying all this stuff, but background to the book of Haggai, you'll remember Israel had just spent 70 years in captivity as slaves.

Jerusalem, their city, had been destroyed. More than anything, the temple itself had been completely leveled. This was all because of the Lord, after centuries of calling his people back, calling them to repent, and they didn't do it.

Eventually, God gave them into this judgment. The city is destroyed, the temple is in ruins, and the people are in captivity. Then the Lord brings the people back to Jerusalem to start working on the temple again, but they face internal discouragement and external opposition, and so they stop working on what God had called them to do.

God had called them to start rebuilding the temple, and they drifted and ceased working on the temple. That is the context into which God sends the prophet Haggai.

That's what we've been seeing over these last few weeks. The first message that we went through was the Lord addressing the people's excuse. The people had drifted, they had stopped doing what God had called them to do, and they had a reason for it and an excuse for it.

Their excuse was, now is not a good time for me to obey God. Now is not a good time for me to be focusing on what God wants me to do.

Now is a good time for me to instead be focusing on what I want to do. And so they're focusing on their own house, their own building, and while God's house lies in ruins.

And so the emphasis that the Lord gives in this first message is consider your ways. Consider your priorities. What are you living off of?

What are you prioritizing? And then he calls them back, not just to external obedience, but he calls them back to the heart that prioritizes God.

When he says in verse 8 of chapter 1, go up to the hills and bring wood and build the house that I may take pleasure in it and that I may be glorified, says the Lord.

He calls them to obedience, but not just obedience as an end to itself. He calls them to focus, not be focused on ourselves and our own house, but be focused on God and His good.

Amen, brother. That's how I felt. I was convicted. Then we saw the people's response to that.

About a month later, the people obey. They receive the message from the Lord. God stirs up their spirit, and they go and do what God had called them to do. We took a little time to dissect what repentance looks like.

The people repented and began obeying the Lord as a result of Him stirring them up. Then we saw in chapter 2, the Lord begins to address their discouragements.

The people were discouraged because there were some of them who had remembered Solomon's temple, this big, glorious, massive, gold-covered temple that existed before.

That was completely destroyed. And then now they're starting to work, and it's this small little work. Tiny foundation, no more gold, all in ruins, all in rubble. And the people say that it is as nothing in their eyes.

The thing that God had called them to seemed to them to be insignificant, small, and unspectacular. And they were discouraged.

And so they said, why keep doing this? They had bigger, they thought that their life should look one certain way, and it was turning out to look a different way, and they were discouraged, and thought it seemed like nothing to them.

And the Lord said to them, be strong and work, for I am with you. That the value and the worth of what they were doing had nothing to do with how spectacular it seemed, but it had everything to do with the fact that God was with them in it.

That's what made the work valuable, just because God had called them to it, and he was with them in the work. And he also gave some promises that he would someday shake the heavens and the earth, that he would establish a temple of even greater glory than this, which ultimately points to the church, the kingdom of God, which we are all a part of.

And then finally, last week, we looked at the final encouragement that the Lord gives to the people, which was the most complicated one, which was a message given in December, wintertime, after the harvest.

And the people had been obeying for a while, but the harvest still didn't fail. Or excuse me, the harvest did fail. They still didn't see the fruit. They had begun to obey, but they hadn't seen the fruit of their obedience.

And so the Lord was giving them the reassurance, keep going. I will bless you. In the language of the New Testament, the encouragement, the heart of that encouragement is from Galatians 6.

Keep sowing to the Spirit, knowing that from the Spirit, we will reap, if we do not lose heart. So keep sowing to the Spirit. Keep pursuing God.

Keep pursuing faithfulness, and know you will reap in due season, if you don't lose heart. And then finally, the book of Haggai ends with this promise that God would make Zerubbabel into his signet ring, which is a messianic promise that he would make, not Zerubbabel, but ultimately Zerubbabel's descendant, who is, of course, Jesus Christ, the direct descendant of Zerubbabel.

He would exalt Jesus to be the son of Zerubbabel, to be a signet ring, meaning the one who symbolizes glory, honor, and power, pointing forward to Jesus, who alone is worthy of all glory and honor and power.

And that was the hope that they could anchor onto, is that future hope of this son of Zerubbabel, who would be that. And that's the book of Haggai in a very quick nutshell.

So now, it's your guys' turn to teach me. So I forgot to ask Linda to put in, normally there's a few specific questions that we put in the bottom of the notes page.

I forgot to ask for that. So I'm just going to leave it somewhat open-ended. Feel free as you, but kind of my guiding question would be, from the text itself, how has the Holy Spirit been moving in your heart through this book?

What things have stood out to you? What things have impacted you? What things have you taken from this text and begun by God's grace to apply into your life?

Or any questions or anything else that may be helpful to discuss. So feel free to raise your hand. Yes, we got our first taker. Yeah, I think for me, this has been a takeaway of, you know, if I'm not, whatever I'm doing, if I'm not focused on God for the reason, it's not going to, it's not going to give me what I need.

It's just, it's just toiling for no reason. That's right. If I'm not giving glory to God, then I just might as well not do it. That's right. Amen. Well, that's true. What does 1 Corinthians 10 say, right?

Whether we eat or drink, whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. Even in the most minuscule, obscure things in your life, do it all to the glory of God.

Without that, what's it for? Good word. I think for the first Sunday, the first listening to saying, consider your way, that was like the word is a double-edged sword.

It's just pierced my heart back. And it brought to my heart that I was taking care of my own house. I'm doing my thing and not doing the things that I should be doing or should have been doing, praise God, to bring worship, to do worship, to handle worship.

Because it was, like you said, there are two things that were outside discouragement and... Internal discouragement. Internal discouragement and outside pressure that kept me away, just kept me from coming back to worship and helped me understand.

That helped me understand. And my prayer is that through this, that God used Haggai to bring back his people.

And I think that, and I pray, my prayer is that God's using you to bring back the little log church, the body, building the body of the church back up.

And I praise the Lord for that. Thank you. Praise God. I was gracious to answer your prayer, but that's a great word. How easy is it to do that, right? To start building our own house and just focusing on ourselves and what we want and comfort and whatnot.

Very, very easy to fall into the world. Thank you, Ms. Raff. Any other thoughts, questions, encouragements? Ms. Sue? Well, Don's a property owner, and so sometimes everything all crashes at the same time.

And we had so much to do, and we were so overwhelmed, so tired, and old to do all this work. And what you had said about just, you know, being led by the Holy Spirit, I just gave it all to the Lord.

And I found myself singing as I worked, just singing praise. And all of a sudden, you know, washing all those walls and scouring those tubs and cleaning up everybody, everybody else's dirt.

It just became joy. Yeah. I mean, you just, if you live by the Holy Spirit instead of by self, and turn it over to God, and all of a sudden, I felt His joy, and I started singing praise, and the work just got easy.

And then I just personally want to thank you, Josiah, because you reminded me the other Sunday morning that we're all forgiven sinners. It's not that we're, you know, if we don't think we're perfect, we get down on ourselves.

And, you know, if we feel like we've hurt God in any way, we're all down on ourselves. And we're forgiven sinners. We're still sinners. We're just forgiven. And so don't beat yourself up.

People will beat yourself up just so quick. I'm sorry, Lord. Help me. I can do all things through Christ. who strengthens me and lead my tone of voice as my biggest prayer. I actually, at one time, tore the whole book of James out of my Bible so I could carry it with me.

Amen. Amen. What does Romans say? There is a little bit of condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. No. There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Hi. My name's Jody. We're from Arizona, the three of us. And we're happy to be here. The Lord that is here. And it's beautiful. I don't know the Haggai scriptures because I haven't been through it with you, but I'm aware of Haggai.

And literally, I'm in the process of selling a house and buying a house. It just closed on my house a few weeks ago.

and it's been, I've been in a season of trying to practice the presence of the Lord every day. And so I'll get up in the morning and I'll say, I get in my truck and I say, okay, Lord, where are we going today?

I don't know if I'm going to the new house. I don't know if I'm going to the old house. I don't know if I'm going somewhere else. And I just follow him. It's been beautiful. And one of the things he's been having me do at the house that's already for sale is to, I spent 16 days, three to five hours a day, having to get up at five o'clock in the morning.

I'm not an early riser, but, you know, in Arizona, it's hot. And I was scraping and painting and caulking the deck outside.

It wasn't inside work, it was outside work. And doing other things, replacing the water heater, that worked perfectly fine, but it was 30 years old. And over time, you know, it didn't make sense.

It's one of those trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. And, but, and I started doing the same thing. I don't know hymns.

I wasn't, I'm a new Christian, three years. Wow, praise God. And thank you, yeah, praise God. And so I wasn't raised as a Christian, but I have Christianity and the family, but hymns were being sung through me.

I don't speak in tongues, but I was, I was humming. And, and then every once in a while, he, this, the Holy Spirit would, would then change it to a song I knew.

It might even be a Christmas song. And I'm like, because at first I'm like, okay, what's humming through me? What, I don't understand this. This isn't me. I don't even know what I'm humming. You know, so, and I had to learn that was the Holy Spirit.

But anyway, he was teaching me do unto others. And he was blessing the owner that I don't even know yet. He's blessing the next person that comes into my home that I'm selling.

And so, yeah, it's really just following the Lord when it doesn't make sense, when, I didn't have to. I could, the house was perfectly fine. I could have sold it the way it was. But, um, he wants to bless others.

And I take so much joy in him working through me to bless others. Like, there's no greater joy than that. For me, it's really beautiful that you're a forgiver, you know, that part of scripture.

And so, anyway, it's beautiful when we follow the Lord and we follow sometimes not understanding there's some hard lessons to learn. But ultimately, in the future, he's teaching us like you, right, in your industry, leading you, teaching you, guiding you for his future purpose in us and sanctifying us each step of the way.

Amen. Thank you. Amen. Amen. Yeah. Right on line with Haggai chapter 2. I was going to mention this after Sue said it, but you said it too, these brought to mind Colossians 3, just the idea of how different is life when we recognize that Haggai thing.

Work, for I am with you. And it brought to mind what you guys were both sharing, Colossians 3. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs with thanksgiving in your hearts to God.

And whatever you do in word or deed, hear that same thing with Haggai, doesn't matter what it is, doesn't matter how small or how insignificant it feels, whatever you do in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Good word. So the people were discouraged because of the size and shape of the new temple and from what they remembered and they gave up.

They just gave up and didn't bother to do it and focused on their own homes. And it reminded me that you should never give up.

you keep praying and I've done this and you think the answer is not coming but it's coming and you have to trust the Lord through the process even though it may take years and years to have that trust, that faith in him.

So you reminded me in your teaching about that. Praise God. Praise God. Keep sowing to the Spirit in due season we will be. Lord, Lord.

Yeah, for me just thinking about the whole chapter one and two is starting your day off in prayers of the Lord because I don't go through my day thinking well, I'm going to handle this I don't need you Lord.

I just don't think and that is the biggest thing and when I start my day off with prayer and trying to focus then I'm usually not perfect because I'm a sinner but I am more in tune with turning to the Lord as I'm dealing with things throughout the day.

But it should not be but it's so difficult to be that daily in the morning get that foundation started where you are going to the Lord and trusting knowing that you have to trust in Him to give you the strength to go through your day to deal with whatever you're dealing with and that really has helped me grow but I'm still growing.

Amen. Very, very well said. Amen. So I have taken as a major theme from Haggai and your sermons and I know Josiah you love metaphors so do I and so for me the crux or how does cliche go the hub of the wheel is Haggai 3 through I'm using my phone so I can't and I'm holding this so I can't tell you the rest of it but it starts at 3 where the word of the Lord came through Haggai the prophet and we have you lived in your paneled houses so we have a huge contrast while this house lies in ruins to me it's a metaphor not necessarily in this case it is a physical temple but I think for us it's our lives we are the temple and I think you mentioned that a couple weeks ago and the

New Testament is that transformation so I take this as a meditation point of wow my house this house lies in ruins so this house Diane today is it in ruins are you neglecting it think carefully about your ways and this really punches is a punch to me in my heart mind you have planted much but harvested little you eat but never have enough to be satisfied you drink but never have enough to become drunk you put on clothes but never have enough to get warm the wage earner puts his wages into a bed with a hole in it that's me folks right I think that's what we're being described here by various persons actually is I may not be paying attention and I may not really be thinking about what

I'm doing or how I'm doing or paying lip service or looking at God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit as a slot machine that's right yeah let me go to him run to him when I'm in desperate need and I'm always in desperate amen to that so that's what I took out of Haggai together with the sermons and so I want to pass that on to everyone else that it's really about us and how we are our relationship and with Jesus our relationship with him and the Holy Spirit that's good I think that's exactly right I think verse 3 and 4 5 is the hub of the wheel that's exactly right good work any other thoughts questions did you say sorry

I thought you were saying yeah go for it go for it how is it again that the about touching the the the food and the the corpse if it makes it clean or unclean that's right could you kind of go over that explain that yes it is very confusing passage I'm going to read it really fast and then do my best to summarize it so that you're talking about in Haggai chapter 2 verses 10 through 14 it says on the 24th day of the ninth month in the second year of Darius the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet thus says the Lord of hosts ask the priests about the law if anyone carries holy meat in the fold of his garment and touches with his fold bread or stew or wine or oil or any kind of food does it become holy the priest answered and said no then Haggai said if someone who is unclean by contact with a dead body touches any of these does it become unclean the priest answered and said it does become unclean and Haggai answered and said so it is with his people and with this nation before me declares the Lord and so with every work of their hands and what they offer there is unclean got it yeah so what the Lord is doing here in this section is he's giving the

Israelites an object lesson that would have been a lot more near to them than it is to us because this relies a lot on the old testament the old covenant system of ritual purification where you can have objects that are holy you can have objects that are unclean and so the Israelites would be a lot more used to that this kind of this object lesson for us it's very removed so the kind of parallel that we might be a little bit more familiar with that I would offer to kind of explain the same point is think about sickness and health right the kind of translate this into the holy person is like somebody who's healthy not sick the unclean person would be somebody who's sick if you as a healthy person go up to a bunch of sick people and start coughing in their face they're not going to be made healthy right it doesn't do anything it doesn't work in that direction health does not transfer or in this case holiness is not transferable uncleanness on the other side using the analogy of sickness if you are a sick person and you go and start coughing in people's faces chances are they will get sick sickness is transferable uncleanness is transferable so that's kind of the object lesson that he's saying holiness is not transferable uncleanness spreads uncleanness if you have a if someone is unclean everything they touch is going to be unclean and so that's the object picture what's the point of it the point came in verse 14 where he's saying so it is with this people and so it is with the work of their hands the

Lord is saying uncleanness is like sickness it spreads wherever you go so if the Israelites they are unclean and so therefore all of their works are unclean so the analogy that I would use in terms of what does this mean for us when we and ourselves are sinful unclean our works can't purify us the works that we do the uncleanness of our heart actually spreads into the works it's like a sick person who goes around touching a bunch of things they don't make touch a sick person touching a bunch of things does nothing to make them healthy all it does is spread the germs right and so the your works can't make you clean because your works themselves are unclean and so then the gospel application from that is to say for us in our sin in our uncleanness in our sickness works cannot fix that works our good works cannot make us right before

God our good works cannot heal our hearts from the sickness of sin we need God to make us holy that's the only solution our good works offer nothing to make us clean on the inside does that make sense yeah kind of it's a lot no doubt about that good question I was trying to analyze that to or put that into application for me or for us nowadays compared to what it meant to them back then and that gave me a better view of how to handle that and how our maybe our uncleanness or our attitude our unclean attitude and we're around people would be that if we're cussing a lot or telling jokes and stuff and stuff that's going to be contagious to other people's hearts and instead of if we're around people and we're being polite and praising God doing things for the glory of God instead of man then that's going to be more healing or more it won't make him holy but it won't like he says the clean won't make things holy but we're not the ones that do that

God is the one that does that that's right amen that's where I need to get a hold of amen that was well said good word that's right I want to talk about the elephant in the room what where is it the elephant the elephant is in the room and I would like to talk about the elephant in the room I know our church little log church has been discouraged for several years given what's going on with COVID and how the pews used to be filled with friends and are not anymore at least those a lot of those same friends there are a number of other friends new friends that we've made that are refugees from other churches and they've all kind of we've all kind of coalesced in this place here and I'll just speak for myself I know it's it's kind of sad to think about where we were as a church and where we are today and that's why I thought when Josiah was talking about I want to preach on Haggai this summer

I thought wow what an absolute perfect book to go through with this collection of refugees that we have in our building here and it's a great reminder to all of these books if we look at the Babylonian captivity there are at least six books in the bible that came out of the Babylonian activity so Daniel Ezra Haggai Zechariah Esther Nehemiah Malachi or as Bill likes to say Malachi it's amazing to see God's providence for them and if you look at the history of this we went through the book of Esther in our officers Christian fellowship group last year at the academy and looking at the history Babylonians weren't exactly nice folks in fact the kings of the Babylonians were just practically nuts fiery furnace lion's den

I'm sorry the fiery furnace and lion's den well we had the fiery furnace and the lion's den you guys are familiar with the battle of Thermopylae where the Spartans defeated the Babylonians or at least paused them for a little bit while the Athenians and everybody else kind of collected themselves Darius who's the king here when we're talking about life in Haggai he was predisposed and the previous kings were predisposed even though they took the Jews from Israel they took the intelligentsia of Israel to Babylon that's where Daniel came from that's right they set up teaching teaching institutions the surahs in Babylon that not only preserved the Israelis the Jewish race but continued to teach them and have them teach each other to carry that over during that time frame so for some odd reason

God ordained odd reason there was this predisposition that these guys had toward the Jews to take care of them even to the point where Darius is saying you know you guys need to go back and rebuild your temple and I want to give you a bunch of stuff to do that with that doesn't sound like the conquering king but Darius was not a nice guy Darius got tired of these silly Greeks and went to go beat them up well he got beat up by the Greeks and then his son Ahasuerus who we probably know better as Xerxes when he became king his focus was you know what dad wasn't successful the Greeks beat up dad I'm going to go beat up the Greeks and this guy was nuts he decided he was going to move his million man army from Babylon over to Greece through this little body of water that separates the Black Sea from the Mediterranean he was going to build this bridge about a mile and a half long so he could put all his troops in there he got the bridge built got all the troops ready to go this big storm came up and wiped out the bridge so he got all of his priests to go to that area with water and poke the water with hot pokers and whip it with chains and you know do all kind of really cool stuff that I'm sure the water did not appreciate at all these are the people that God had protected or used to protect the Jewish people even though they were killing each other off you know as long as any Star

Wars fans like the coin yeah exactly there's a Star Wars game the way to get promoted is to kill your your higher up guy and that was kind of the mode that they had too but the thing that really impressed me again with what Josiah picked here what God gave Josiah to talk about yes if I look at Haggai 1 then Haggai the messenger of the Lord spoke to the people with the Lord's message I am with you declares the Lord that's right that sounds like something that we refugees need to hear in chapter 2 verse 5 he said my spirit remains in your midst fear not that's right refugees appreciate that too that's right in verse 9 the latter glory of this house shall be greater than the former says the Lord of hosts and in this place

I will give peace declares the Lord of hosts for those of us who remember the old glory of our church churches plural to think the Lord is not done with us yet we're still breathing the spirit of the Lord has been given to each of us not of anything that we've done but because of what he's done and it's something that we need to share with the community that's around us with our friends with our family and I find exceptionally encouraging given the elephant in the middle of the room so thank you for the study amen very well said well you know your first sermon really struck me struck like Ron really struck to the heart and all that week

I was thinking about that and there was it was a really bad week it was you know they say 80 degrees but it seemed like it was like 150 degrees outside and I was burned out I was tired you know and I got a call from Linda and Linda told me that something's going on with something in the new church office and and I said well you know I'll come up and look at it on Thursday or Friday and I'll let you know and Thursday came I was too tired and I said well I can wait until Friday Friday came I can wait until Friday I need to get some rest I need to sit down and relax you know and you know it was all about me and and then Saturday came and I had a whole day and all I did that day was I did all my little honey do's and did this and that didn't even think about what I had promised about the Lord's house you know and and it had it had to be that close of a connection you know it couldn't because like

Diane was saying it's just the house thing it's just a metaphor right so you know as so I let it go all day and Saturday night it hit me you know it hit me like a rock you know James what you know did you not just listen to what the sermon was on Sunday and forget it by Wednesday and let it go and you know it was a perfect metaphor in my mind that you know I was taking care of myself and waiting till I was ready you know to do it and I didn't want to do it because I didn't want to drive all the way up here in my broken down truck you know and yeah no that's just an excuse so it hit me like a chain of brick a chain of whatever a pile of a pile of a chain of something else and you know all I could you know something else we need to think about is this has always been a problem in the church

I mean everywhere that you go because they write songs about it you know if you wait till you're ready you'll never come at all you know it's like Galatians 6 6 says for the one who is taught to share what he has learned with his with his teacher and I just want you to know that you know I haven't been doing that Bill has taught me so much and I haven't shared any of what I've learned with I mean he sees it he tells me about it all the time but you know I think that's some encouragement for the one who teaches to know how he's affecting the ones that he's teaching because that's a building up process you know and I think that's something our church needs to start doing as well with you with Bill with all the other teachers and everybody who preaches and teaches so thank you

Amen Praise God Praise God and praise God too for real conviction which is usually marked by some level of excitement on Sunday morning so I would come in and get that done before church started it convicted me for sure Praise God for real true spirit given conviction and be wary of but you listen to the conviction right it is suppressive that's when you get into trouble when you start ignoring the conviction which is suppression of the Holy Spirit right that's exactly right alright going twice any last words just one you know we're all kind of like radios but unless we unless somebody tunes us in or we tune ourselves into a station we're just radios right

I mean we have to tune in we tune into the Holy Spirit every morning and say okay get Sue out of the way Holy Spirit I'm just a vessel now so this is your day this is work through me and you know just control my mouth and my what my deeds let me let people see Jesus in me just be tuned into the Holy Spirit and it'll and then you're not so hard on yourself is it we're not meant to carry the burden he said what is it the yoke is the burden is light the yoke is light the burden is not heavy or something like that when you let Jesus be in control instead of yourself I think I said that wrong but you guys know that I understood exactly what you said I'm glad that you said that Sue because I do that was a big burden in my heart going into especially the first sermon because it can be really especially with a message like that of like don't focus on your own house focus on the Lord's house that is a tinderbox for all kinds of putting on more burdens than is actually being asked of us and I'm the kind of person who has a very sensitive conscience and so it's easy for me to be weighed down by all the things that I'm not doing and things like that but I think that's a good word yes listen to when there is true conviction of the Holy

Spirit do not quench the Spirit when he speaks to you but also to be who is our God he is a God who is gentle and lowly he is a God who invites us to be merry to sit at his feet and not be Martha distracted with much serving all the time that's who he is there's a both and there and it's hard and it takes being tuned in to the Spirit to hear that that's right exactly right and as Mr. Brange was saying that process of tuning in in the morning spending that time in prayer get on the right frequency with the Holy Spirit it's a good word thank you guys very good words all all right and I think going once going twice unless I see any hands in my skin yeah all right well let me close out in prayer my father lord I do thank you for the work that you have done through this book of Haggai it's even crazy to think lord you were using Haggai and Carolyn and I's life back in February or whatever having no idea the ways that it would be applicable that's how you were you are such a good shepherd of your sheep you know how to take care of us you know when we need a chapter one kind of message from Haggai of a convicting message and you know when we need a chapter two message from

Haggai of encouragement and comfort and you alone are the God who can speak to us lord I do pray even as we just said I'm constantly wary of people leaving burdened by legalism in ways that are not actually of your spirit and so lord I pray that for every person as we leave as we apply these lessons and these truths from the book of Haggai to our hearts may you make it clear what is your voice and what kind of conviction is truly of you and then lord when you do convict us in the areas that you convict us may we not quench your spirit may you stir us up as you did to the Israelites that they might obey not so that our works can make us clean make us good people but lord Jesus because you have already made us clean and that this is simply our act of worship and simply us working for our own joy following your will is the path of joy help us to remember that lord Jesus and whatever you call each one of us to do until the day that you come back lord Jesus the signet ring and we all praise you together glory and honor and power be unto the lamb that was slain we love you lord
